How I feel: I've had this flat iron for two years or more and I do like it. The ONLY thing that I don't like is the fact that with the version that I own the temp doesn't go below 300 degrees F. With that being said, I try to go over sections as quickly as possible to avoid any heat damage. My hair isn't very thick so I could definitely use a heat lower than 300 degrees. Besides the starting heat, everything else is fine. The plates are smooth and don't snag, it heat up quickly,it's not heavy, and overall it performs well.
I blew out her roots and went over it with the Babyliss Pro. CHI silk infusion was my serum of choice.
